The construction of 2 apartment buildings within the regulations of a subdivision, which strictly require that no terraces extend beyond the building envelope. The project also includes a wide variety of compact apartments, ranging from studios to 1-2 and 3-bedroom units.
The composition of windows and terraces gives the project not only a horizontal structure but also a vertical one. The underground parking for the two apartment buildings was designed as a unified entity, and all potential mobility and parking conflicts were resolved.
