The complex is planned in such a way that a high-quality urban square is created at the front. On the other side, ground-level houses are provided, organized around a central courtyard. The courtyard also gave us the opportunity to optimize the density on the site without compromising the livability and quality of the public space. The central courtyard serves as both the internal access point for the complex and provides ample light and views for the apartments.
On the side facing the urban square, only through-apartments were chosen, so that the bedrooms face the quiet courtyard. The project includes a variety of housing typologies, combining ground-level houses and apartments with 1-2 and 3 bedrooms.
