Two previously separate projects are now joined by the hip in terms of structure, energy efficiency, integration of sustainable techniques and lay outof the surrounding area.
Triomphe A, which was originally designed by architect Ph. Samyn and Triomphe B, which was created by architect J.H. Baudon, were previously separate buildings. After the renovation of both, they are now connected by a common central entrance hall.
Additionally, a set of modifications now earn the building its BREEAM-certification ‘very good’ status.
These include: renovation of facade isolation and glazing, complete interior refurbishment, integration of energy efficient techniques, solar panels, green roofs with terras and reconstruction of the surrounding area.
