The first building block aligns with the existing three-story structures in the area. The second building block is set back from the public domain and consists of 7 stories, with the top floor being recessed. The composition of windows and terraces in the design introduces both horizontal and vertical elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compactness and flexibility were central during the design process, as well as the project&#8217;s phasing. The underground parking was conceived in a way that it could be constructed in two phases.
