Some people don\u2019t wait for permission – they start building the future with both hands. Boyan Slat, is one of those rare spirits. At just 16, after a diving trip revealed oceans full of plastic, he asked: Why isn\u2019t anyone cleaning this up?<\/em> At 18, he answered his own question – and founded The Ocean Cleanup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slat doesn\u2019t just dream big. He engineers hope<\/strong>. Where others saw a crisis, he saw a challenge. Where others gave statistics, he gave solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
