Avi Kenan 🎨

Avi Kenan, a self-taught artist of Jewish origin, has been a vibrant force in Antwerp’s art scene since 1977. With talents spanning sculpture, painting, and photography, his work radiates themes of peace, respect, and spiritual harmony—values deeply aligned with YUGENING’s mission.

Avi’s artistic journey is one of independence and authenticity. Refusing to rely on sponsors, managers, or galleries, he has built an international reputation purely through talent, vision, and dedication. His creations have reached global audiences, including his sculpture Christianity, which was presented to Pope John Paul II as a symbol of peace and unity.

In 2011, Avi opened a gallery next to Antwerp’s Museum aan de Stroom (MAS), marking 40 years of artistic achievement. More than a showcase for his work, the gallery embodies his commitment to supporting emerging artists and fostering creative expression.

A Resonance of Positive Energy
Avi and Véronique first crossed paths at the Botanic Sanctuary, a favorite retreat for Véronique and Koen. From the start, their connection buzzed with creative energy and shared positivity—an instant alignment of vibrational frequencies.

As a Tribblemaker, Avi’s role within YUGENING reflects his fearless creativity, spiritual depth, and commitment to raising vibrational energy. His presence inspires transformation, challenges conventions, and reminds us that art has the power to heal, connect, and elevate.

With Avi, YUGENING grows not only in vision but also in soul—where harmony and creativity dance, and boundaries dissolve into endless possibilities.
