Yvette Plaisier is a Regenerative Project Manager and Bridge-Builder for Impact. She specializes in transforming complex challenges into meaningful change by connecting people, ecosystems and sustainable transitions.
Many projects struggle because they are disconnected from their essence – the true needs of both people and nature. Yvette’s strength lies in bringing together the right people, structures, and insights to create impactful innovations. She combines systems thinking, business development and inner transformation to drive real change.
Her motto? “Bringing the heart back into decisions.” She believes that sustainable innovation only succeeds when it is truly embraced, and that starts with how we see ourselves and our surroundings.
What does she do?
Yvette helps companies, startups and organizations realize sustainable and regenerative innovations through various initiatives:
- Werecircle – Business Developer & Project Manager (3 days a week), where she activates sustainable government projects, builds bridges between stakeholders and ensures circular and sustainable initiatives become reality.
- Regenbow – A transformation platform working on four levels: personal, family, work and society. Through coaching and project management, she guides businesses and individuals toward regenerative growth.
- Venture Studio (in development) – An incubator for sustainable innovation, where she supports projects from concept to market-ready product.
- Remabow – A startup connecting regenerative materials with industry through digital matchmaking.
- Academic collaborations – She works with universities and organizations, for example, by supervising master’s theses on agroecology and circular economy.
- Holistic coaching & transformation – As a PSYCH-K facilitator, she integrates nutrition, energy work and consciousness transformation into sustainable transitions.
Her work goes beyond strategy and business models – it also focuses on the psychology of change.
How does she work?
Every transformation is unique, requiring a tailored approach. Yvette applies the right tools and methods depending on the project—whether it’s structuring a business model, coaching a team, or building a circular ecosystem.
Her toolkit includes:
- Project management & business development – From idea to implementation, ensuring the right people are involved.
- Systems thinking – Understanding context and recognizing patterns.
- Inner transformation – Without shifting consciousness, every transition remains superficial.
- Regenerative design – Creating systems that give life rather than deplete resources.
- Well-being & nutrition as a foundation – Physical and mental health shape how we change the world.
She integrates these approaches and methodologies to ensure that transitions are not just conceptualized but also fully realized and embraced.
Why does she do this?
Yvette sees that people have become disconnected from what truly matters – nature, communities, their own energy and their bodies. The major transitions of our time – sustainability, circularity, regenerative agriculture – aren’t just about technology, but about how we understand ourselves and our role in the world.
That’s why she helps companies, governments, and individuals transform their projects, systems and mindsets – ensuring that change is embraced from within.
Whether she’s working on a sustainability strategy, circular product development, or personal transformation, she ensures that projects are not just built, but built with the right energy and intention.
Because real change happens where thinking, doing and being come together.
Her avatar, Galadriel, represents wisdom, allure and the strength to resist corruption. She embodies the ephemeral nature of the elves and their final days in Middle-earth, but also hope and light in dark times. Galadriel’s rejection of the One Ring reveals her true power : the ability to resist using power for herself.
