AB (Antwerpse Bouwwerken), which is part of the Group Eiffage, is a proud contractor that owed it to itself to have its new HQ built with the material it knows like no other: concrete. How to give concrete more of YUGENING’s human-centric characteristics, was something we gladly committed to.
This intrinsically ‘cold’ building material became a functional carrier cool or warm thermic comfort thanks to a combo of geothermic heat exchange and core activation, making even the hottest city summer days a breeze without so much as a draft, to name one thing.
