PLXL

Codexx embodies what work will look like in the (near) future: transparant, flexible, inclusive and sustainable, loaded with smart applications and a keen eye for beauty and balance.

Else said, Codexx in two words: Brains & Beauty, a formidable combination.

Scheduled for completion by the end of 02025, PLXL is one of the most recent additions to Befimmo’s portfolio of hybrid properties. A complete reinvention of the iconic Beobank building (15,180 m²) in the heart of Brussels’ vibrant university district of Etterbeek, the project features the very latest trends in smart building, sustainable design, and circularity.

The site enjoys an excellent location, next to the railway station and opposite the University of Brussels, and will offer a mix of functions. A bit more than half of the building will offer flexible workspaces including a modular auditorium, exceptional duplex volumes, a rooftop terrace, and a wide range of services. The other half will be transformed into a coliving space composed of 98 living units, which are spread between studios and smaller rooms organised around qualitative common areas. The ground floor will also offer a retail/food & beverage space. PLXL has more than 160 bike stations, nearly 50 e-bike stations and 100 car parking spaces, all with charging points.

User well-being and health are key elements of PLXL. It aims for a BREEAM Excellent certification for the Design phase. Smart energy monitoring and management systems, occupancy detection, adaptive lighting, smart water management, and charging systems are among the solutions that come with the property.

TRIBBLES

YUGENING wants YU to crave for Monday instead of Friday. To raise your energy vibrancy. YUGENING wants YU to TRIBBLE. These are already the tribbles from which you can select to create your wildest dream project. And they keep growing every day.

Categories: People, Planet, Progress

What’s a Tribble? It’s anything – big or small – that nudge you toward your best self.

  • Phytoremediation: think resilient plants, living roots and natural processes that pull PFOS and other toxins from the soil. Truly a Tribble.
  • Biophilic design: think greenery, natural light and organic textures that connect you with nature. Absolutely a Tribble.
  • Renewable energy: think solar panels, wind turbines and battery systems that empower you to live off grid. Undoubtedly a Tribble.

Tribbles are a toolbox created out of a need to collect all manners of uplifting people and environments. From technical solutions to psychological concepts and spiritual principles. Anything we’ve found that could help.

We made the decision to give an even playing field to every Tribble. We want to go beyond dogma, be it architectural-, spiritual- or technical dogma.

When we work on a project with you, that’s exactly what we’ll do: we’ll discover together what makes you Tribble, what your project needs to spark and what will fill your people with joy to go to work.

So, what makes your heart sing? Let’s find that Tribble. Or better yet, let’s build it. Because in the YUGENING universe, the only thing better than a Tribble is more Tribbles.

"The Trouble with Tribbles" is the fifteenth episode of the second season of the American science fiction television series Star Trek. Written by David Gerrold and directed by Joseph Pevney, it was first broadcast on December 29, 1967.

Indeed, we were inspired by Star Trek's iconic episode The Trouble with Tribbles. We've reimagined Tribbles as joyful, transformative tools that boost your vibration. Unlike the original Tribbles that caused chaos, ours are pure joy. No trouble here - in fact, the more Tribbles, the better! And yes, they multiply.
