The existing typology and urban context heavily influence the design of the project. The first building block aligns with the existing three-story structures in the area. The second building block is set back from the public domain and consists of 7 stories, with the top floor being recessed. The composition of windows and terraces in the design introduces both horizontal and vertical elements.
Compactness and flexibility were central during the design process, as well as the project’s phasing. The underground parking was conceived in a way that it could be constructed in two phases. The apartments were optimized for space usage and efficiently organized around a central core.
