Built on the former industrial site of a concrete producer, LUX represents what a healthy relationship with the city council makes possible for a new neighborhood, a community that can start with a clean slate.That’s not even mentioning how life and work balance is literally present on the LUX grounds.

Thanks to a healthy amount of quality time spent with the city of Ghent, a Masterplan was drawn up that allowed the variety of residential units and the two adjacent office areas to co-exist in a manner that are both separated and linked by a rolling green backbone and open vistas. Quality of life puzzled together in a way that makes sense to our senses and sensibility. The result is LUX: 237 carefully considered 1-, 2- or 3-bedroom living units that invite their residents to move, connect and enjoy in a spacious area right in the middle of everything a lively family could wish for.
