At ground level, the headquarters of Steen Vastgoed anchors the building, complemented by a showcase apartment that connects directly with the street. Above, light-filled through-apartments embrace openness and transparency.
The architecture finds balance in the dialogue between horizontal stratification and vertical rhythm. Window openings create a living cadence across the façade, while the real estate office on the ground floor distinguishes itself with green façades on blind walls. This vertical vegetation is more than an aesthetic gesture: it embodies a biophilic approach that translates the company’s sustainable and environmentally conscious vision into its architectural presence.
